The Three Cleopatras

This performance tells the tale of Cleopatra in a distinctive way: Cleopatra has three faces / three personalities / three timbres, shades or accents, depending on how you look at it, divided among three actresses. The performance evolves from one Cleopatra to the other, from one actress to the other in a kind of triptych. In a first part Cleopatra 1,2 and 3 consequently describe the first part of their lives, in the second and third part they do the same about the middle and final part of their lives.
The whole play is situated in three locations in the theater and the public follows along but is not forced to do so. Those who don't want to continue watching the acting Cleopatra can take a look at what the other Cleopatras are doing when they are not acting.
